Football

Mason started his first year of C league tackle football this year. Wow, who knew it was such a commitment. He practiced every day for 2 hr for a month and then once school stared he practices 3 times a week with a game on Thursdays or Saturday. It has been blood, sweat and tears but Mason is doing so awesome and we could not be more proud of him. He is on a awesome team, and So far they are 3 and 0.(GO BENGALS)! Here is an e-mail that Mason Coach sent to us.

Mr. and Mrs. Anderson,
Good morning! Just wanted you to know how impressed our coaches are with Mason’s progress so far. We have him playing in the most important positions on the offensive and defensive line and he has handled it really well. He is definitely one of our top 2 linemen and he is always on the point of attack side of the line (the side the ball is running to on every play). He blocks well and he was flat out man-handling his guy on every play on offense last night. Just thought you should know, we are pushing all of them to get better and he is doing a great job. He is exceeding our expectations of where we thought he would be at this point.
Thanks,Coach Reynolds

Way to go buddy we are so so proud of you and all your hard work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lake Anna

This was our last getaway before school started. This has somewhat become an Anderson family tradition to go down to Lake Anna and spend some time at the Lake. It is so much fun to be able to just sit and relax and let the kids play with their cousins. And not have all the distractions from home.

Utah and Idaho Trip

This year we were lucky enough to be able to go to Utah and Idaho for 2 ½ weeks to spend time with friends and family. We started our trip at Bear Lake with my mom and her husband, his kids and my Sister and Brothers families . We had such a fun time together boating and basking in the sun and just catching up. We then headed to Park City where we met up with Regan's family and had a Taylor family reunion with his mom's side of the family. We spent 4 days, eating, swimming, and enjoying each other's company. We took a ride on the Alpine slides and spent a day at Jordanelle lake. We then headed towards Preston to spend time with my family and to catch up with friends. One of my favorite part of coming home is to be able to come during Rodeo weekend. This is something that I grew up doing every year. It is 3 nights of parade, Rodeo, and carnival. My dad's family has sat at the same spot for the parade for forever and it is definitely the Hollingsworth's spot. It is so fun to see so many familiar faces and just enjoy the excitement of Rodeo weekend. My kids think it's so awesome and I love that I can share this with them.
Unfortunately we don't have many pictures of this trip because someone forgot to bring the camera. I won't mention any names but I know he feel bad!(wink wink) Thanks to my sister in law Ashley, we have some of us at Park City.

Going down the Alpine slide.
